Head chef Graduated from Cannes culinary high school, Régis Mazurczak joins the team of Roger Vergé L'Amandier restaurant in Mougins, where the head chef Francis Chauveau gave him passion for cooking and traveling. Two years later with his wife Barbara, they left France for London, to learn the language. The mother tongue of shekspear acquired they travel around the word to Asia, Australia and United states where they were working for the European Ambassador in the united nations of New York.
